Zach Morgan

Zach Morgan is the Director of Workforce Development at the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers. Prior to this role, he was a workforce project manager at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, where he created the Military Hiring Academy and convened several employer-led initiatives in manufacturing and the distilling industry. Before joining the Kentucky Chamber he was involved in workforce matters at the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs, in the Governor’s office. At KCMA he helped streamline employment processes for service members, military spouses, and veterans – through consultation with government agencies, non-profits, and legislators. Zach was an Army reservist and military spouse for eight years during the Global War on Terrorism. He is a Kentucky Colonel, has a background in public relations and public history, and an MA in Military History.
